Valode et Pistre
Jean Pistre is the chairman of the Skolkovo Urban Council and a renowned French architect who co-chairs the international architect bureau Valode et Pistre. Born in 1951, he co-founded Valode & Pistre in 1980 to “focus on anchored, contextual, singular and unique achievements” and considers that “each project is an enigma to be resolved.” A Member of the French Academy for Architecture since 2001, he is currently designing projects around the globe including the Ural Tower, the DeGennin Tower and the Hyatt Hotel in Yekaterinburg, Russia.
